It's okay, just be more careful from now on. Accidents just happen, be thankful that nobody had serious injuries or anything...

hikmah dia, camana nak rationalize ur mind bila berhadapan dengan situasi macam tu. supaya, next time bila jadi lagi, awak tak menyalahkan diri...
next, cuba muhasabah diri, apa ek salah kita Allah bagi peringatan macam tu? kadang-kadang itu sekadar teguran atas perbuatan yang kita buat Allah tak suka... istighfar!
