went for a Horseback-Riding and Archery Camp organized by Adni on the 11th & 12th of June 2009 in Commonwealth Forest Park & Resort, Rawang. rabbit named "gemuk" LOL~! Adni Alumni Paintball Tournament 2009 2nd May 2009, Subang Jaya photo taken after the "Conquer the Base" game, some had already left 46 participants (including 3 ustazs) but less than 10 girls joined.. why??? all teams A to H fought at least three rounds, but we still don't understand why team D & F got into the finals! =P but nevermind, it's a game after all~ Fattah & Mujahid, team Ustaz Badrol~ ngeheh~ i got shot three times throughout the tournament, but only had one bruise! nothing interesting to be updated for now... haha... except that i finally get to train my physical body sampai sakit-sakit badan last friday until now i still cant walk with ease!!... and the next day went hiking for a li'l bit more than one hour to the best waterfall I've been to. click here for the previous entry . anyways, 29 days of holiday was really good, alhamdulillah! i think it's the best hol i've had since i joined IIUM, after the nearly-3-months trip to Jordan (+ Syria & Lubnan), of course... ^__^ i didn't just stay at home!, but at the same time managed to complete some tasks i was appointed to. hehe.. basically, it's nice! alhamdulillah! this coming sem, i'll be starting my major subjects for my CIE (computer information & electronics) Engineering course; like Digital Logic Design, Electronics Circuit, Circuit Analysis, Multimedia Technology and so on... I've only a rough idea of what i'll be studying--- but i hope it'll be...

XD *fuh fuhh** penat~ tadi pergi training, dapat offer baik walaupun selalu tak datang training +_+ apa kata kamu jika saya mahu mencabar diri (dan orang lain ^__^) untuk melangkah naik satu tingkat ke 3rd Dan (Degree) TaeKwon-Do? perlu istikharah lah... saya tak rasa itu satu keperluan, jauh sekali keutamaan buat masa sekarang.. ataupun masa depan.. eh, saya belum nak berhenti TaeKwon-Do, tapi mungkin masa, tenaga dan fokus perlu diarahkan ke sesuatu yang lebih produktif apa kata kamu?

Performing Ge Baek Semi-final : Free Sparring (Open) Final : Free Sparring Open Selangor Champions 3rd Place ^__^ Team Pattern A short entry insyaAllah... Since there were only 2 female black belts during the tournament, me and little Alwan, we didn't get to fight or compete... Decided during the very last minute to form a 5-(man) team for Team Pattern, and got Bronze (which is also the last placing since only 3 teams participated~ ha-ha-!) hmm... I really miss those days I represented Selangor in 2001 to 2005 Really trained and fight for a/few medals... But I have something more important to focus on... My TaeKwon-Do training today went on good, very good ^__^ For the first time in 'years', I was early for the class. We warmed up and stretched as usual, and powered some kickings. Started with side kicks, and after few turns our instructor added the 'seasonings'.. Then some more, then some more... sliding side kick - back kick - front kick - jumping back kick - downward kick - punches - tornado kick . (full stop) Those who know these kickings would have a damn nice idea how not-just-body-but-also-head-spinning training was that. note: side - back - front - back - front - front - 360° turn Haha... I bet you won't understand. Maybe Muja would, or 'adik ib' (if he reads this piece of crap). Anyways, There's a International Instructor Course in Hong Kong in the end of July... And I'm now trying my best to take some classes in Adni, it's been more than three years since I have my own TaeKwon-Do class... Hmm... Interesting for me, at least ^__^" y...
